Sodium Hexametaphosphate, CAS# 10124-58-8, is a mixture of polymeric metaphosphates manufactured from Monosodium Phosphate, available as WHITE POWDER OR WHITE GRANULES. Sodium Hexametaphosphate is widely used as emulsifier and stabilizer in food processing with E number E452.
